We have been dealing with rental agents for over 20 years in several countries around the world and we have never come across such diligence and dedication to the job.

Importantly, Ros understands what a comfortable home requires and supports both the landlords’ and the tenants’ needs and perspectives. She is fast and efficient, and her attention to detail is second to none.

When communicating with Ros, I don’t think we’ve ever waited more than an hour to get a response, whether the matter was urgent or not.

Overall, Ros is the best conduit between house ownership and tenancy we have ever seen.
