She was extremely approachable and easily contactable. Any issues that we encountered with the property were addressed very promptly and to the highest standard.
We always felt valued as tenants and Ros was always willing to accommodate our shift working rosters for inspections and repairs.
We couldn’t fault Ros and are disappointed to not be renting through Samyak Properties.”
