Ros Oey was fantastic throughout our rental duration at Milsons Point Sydney. She made an effort to get to know us from the beginning of our tenancy and over the duration, as well as being involved and extremely helpful when we exited the property due to an interstate relocation.

There were never any issues that arose or surprised us due to Ros having an excellent understanding of the owner’s preferences, building management rules and the apartment’s history. She is extremely efficient in coordinating any third-party requirements and we were always informed of anything relevant to our lease, well in advance. She makes a point out of having the correct information and there were no instances where she did not have the answer to our questions.

Ros was also readily available to talk or come to the unit outside traditional working hours. This was extremely helpful as we as tenants both work full time jobs. Nothing is ever too little or too large a request for her. Through her communication, transparency, attention to detail and positive demeanour, our living experience at Milsons Point was easy and stress free. Ros played a major role in making this happen for us. During a global pandemic and with the property market in uncertain territory, she always made us feel comfortable, informed and welcomed.

We would highly recommend Ros as an agent to anyone looking within her jurisdiction. When dealing with Ros you will find someone who has an in-depth understanding of the local area, the building management and the property itself. You will also more than likely form a great relationship with your agent.
